Evanston Public Library launches community-wide "Night of Ideas"!

Evanston Public Library invites all community members to join the planning process to shape the library's future. On Thursday evening, May 12, EPL will host Evanston 150, a community-wide initiative that engages city members in imagining their future. The free Night of Ideas is part of the celebration of Evanston’s 150th anniversary in 2013. From 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the main branch, 1703 Orrington, participants may submit ideas in brainstorming groups while enjoying live music and prizes in the library's first floor Community Room, the first floor Children's Room, or the third floor Teen Loft. Contact (847) 347-2013for more information.
